Injustice in the IIT's!!

Ok, I don't know much about cricket and I sort of dislike sports, as
you might know from here
so I have sort of out-sourced the writing of my post about the recent
win of India over South Africa to one of my good friends who's a fan
of cricket, and thus more well informed than me. So in this post I
write about the 50% reserveations in IIT. So, let's begin....

As you all might have noticed, there's a general unrest among the
engineering students after something the Supreme Court of India did.
In exact terms, it did a very horrible and partial thing for us
general class students. It decided that we would get only 50% of the
total seats, and when argued against that decision, also decided that
to make the number of seats the same as earlier, they would increase
the number of total students. And after this announcement, i'm
dumbstruck and like wtf!?! This ain't fair. As it is, the IIT's are
short-staffed, which are leading to unbearably large classrooms,
increasing the student:teacher ratio, and in turn leading to a lesser
standard of learning and teaching than is expected of the IIT's, which
in turn lead's to the dilution of one of the world's most respected
and admired brand of engineers, the IITians, which i'm sure none of us
Indians would like, as they are something that are truly
world-class(or maybe even higher), but are still made in India. How
many such things can we account for??

So I would really like to tell the chief justice please do what you
guys are supposed and called upon to do, that is give justice. I hope
instead of just helping the 'backward' classes, many of whom do not
have the required skill-set or required maturity, and especially now,
due to the reserveations, will get even more lazy, do concentrate a
little on us poor creatures and have some pity.

Enough for today, Khushman over and out.
